压花辊的蚀刻技术
 
  一、电解蚀刻 用母模作导电性阴极,以电解液作媒介,对加工部分,集中实施蚀刻的侵蚀去除法。
 
  二、化学蚀刻 利用耐**品被膜,把蚀刻侵蚀去除,作用集中于所要部位的方法。照相蚀刻技术在金属表面均匀形成层状的感旋光性耐**品被膜,而透过原图底片,用紫外线等曝光,后施以显像处理,来形成所要形状的耐**品被膜之被覆层,再以蚀刻浴的酸液或碱液,对露出部产生化学或电化学侵蚀作用,来溶解金属的加工技术。
 
  三、蚀刻技术之特性 1、不需要电极、母型等工具,故无需此等工具之维护费。 2、由规划到生产间所需时间短,可作短期加工。 3、材料之物理、机械性质不受加工影响。 4、加工不受形状、面积、重量之限制。 5、加工不受硬度、脆性之限制。

Photoetching technology is a processing technology in which layers of photosensitive and rotatory film are formed uniformly on the metal surface, and through the original negatives, exposed by ultraviolet radiation, and then processed by imaging to form a coating of the desired shape of the film, and then etched with acid or alkali solution of the etching bath to dissolve the metal by biochemical or electrochemical erosion of the exposed part.
 
 
3. The characteristics of etching technology 1. No tools such as electrodes and mothers are needed, so the maintenance cost of such tools is not needed. 2. It takes a short time from planning to production and can be used for short-term processing. 3. The physical and mechanical properties of materials are not affected by processing. 4. Processing is not limited by shape, area and weight. 5. Processing is not limited by hardness and brittleness.
