  2、操作花纹压纹机时,温度和压力的正确控制十分重要设备,若控制不好很容易发生事故,甚至可能使机器损坏。加热进行压纹定型时,可根据材料特性控制问题,一般情况下将温度控制在40-90℃之间即可,切忌采用超高温进行压纹立体印刷,以防印品变色或变形,避免辊体因受高温影响而变形。压纹时工作压力应根据印品材料的厚薄和密度情况,酌情在3-8mpa范围进行控制,切不可为追求高清晰度的压纹效果而盲目加大压力,以免因压力过重而使压力辊变形。
  3、注意处理好花纹压纹机机器速度、温度和压力与压纹效果的关系。一般来说电子商务,机器速度慢、温度高、压力大时,压纹效果相对较好,但必须适度,否则,反而影响产品的压纹质量。对紧度高、挺度好的材料排版,机器压力可适当大一些。

  7、花纹压纹机使用过程中,应注意定期加注润滑油设备,花纹辊两端轴承每月加注钙基二硫化钼一次,压力辊支承两端、链条输送辊、油杯每日加注30#机油一次,摆线针轮行星减速箱每运转3个月更换机油一次。良好的润滑可提高花纹压纹机的使用性能和寿命,保证产品的压纹质量。
